How do I get verified?

You must get verified on FieldLevel to appear in the network

FieldLevel has a two-step verification process to ensure the most authentic coaching network possible. Until coaches are verified, they will not appear in the network.

To get verified on FieldLevel, you must first verify your email address. After you create your account, you will receive an email in your inbox asking to verify your email address — simply click the unique link in the email to do so. If you can't find a verification email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please email us at support@fieldlevel.com.

After you verify your email address, our verification team runs a quick yet thorough process of checking to see that you're a coach at the team/school you signed up with. To help speed up this process, you can provide us links to websites that list you as a coach, including school/team websites, news articles, social media accounts, and more.

If it has been a couple of days since you signed up, and you are still not verified, sign into your account, click your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner, and click "Chat with support" to start a conversation with us to get the issue resolved quickly. You can also send us an email at support@fieldlevel.com.
