Post open positions to find the right coaches for your team on FieldLevel.
On the left-hand side of the home page, select the Job Openings link to view or post currently available coaching positions.
To post a job opening for your team, select Post Job Opening on the top right.
Then, select which position you are looking to fill and the type of job it is — full-time, part-time, or volunteer.
Lastly, fill out the title of the job posting, details of the listing, and any external link you may have for candidates to apply.
For the Title, make sure you highlight the position and important attributes of this role. This may include:
Timing of the hire
Team/teams they will coach
Specific position or specialty they may be coaching
For the description, make sure you provide details that may interest the job searcher to click on your link.
Highlights of team accomplishments
Specific requirements or qualifications they may need to meet
Any salary expectations and benefits that you are able to share
A job overview with details about what they will be doing
Location requirements and timing of the position
You will receive a confirmation email once your job has been posted. Please be sure to keep the confirmation email as it contains a link directly to your post where you can edit or close the opening.
You can also share the job posting via email or social media. If you want to send the listing to someone you know, select the "Share" button and choose the method you wish to share it. This link will be accessible to anyone.
