Managing Your Athlete Qualifications

College coaches have the ability to enter specific academic and athletic minimums with regard to what type of recruits they are looking for. This helps college coaches:

  • Filter their Athlete Promotions from coaches in their network to show only those athletes who meet their qualifications.

This is how you can set your team's Recruiting Preferences:

  • Click on the clipboards icon on the top right to access your program menu. Select "Athlete Qualifications" for your program to enter your academic and athletic preferences.

Furthermore, with your Athlete Qualifications set, your Promotion Inbox will only show athletes who've been recommended by coaches in your network as well as athletes who meet your criteria.ย

Managing Your Recruiting Classes

College coaches now have the ability to open or close recruiting classes. This helps you focus on specific recruiting classes, as well as filter through your promotions.

This is how you can open or close your recruiting classes:

  • Click on the clipboards icon on the top right to access your program menu and select "Recruiting Preferences." From there, you will be able to open or close your recruiting classes.

Managing your recruiting classes helps filter athlete promotions your program receives for each class. By setting a class to "Open" you will receive all promotions for that class, including junior college players. If you set a class to "Closed" any open needs for that class will be closed, and you will no longer receive email notifications for any promotions for that class.
