From your Home Page, click on the button titled "Add Program" on the right-hand side of the page located under your team logo and coaching staff members.

Next, Enter in the team information where you'd like to move your profile.

Soon, you'll be able to connect your coach profile to manage multiple programs in multiple sports from one place.
