Managing my roster and alumni

Coaches have tools to manage their roster and Alumni from their Admin console.

To manage your roster and alumni go to the Admin console. To get there click on your headshot, then click your Admin console link in the menu. You can also get there from the 'Manage' buttons on your team page.

Your admin console will have links to see your athletes and alumni.

How to Add Athletes to Roster

Click the 'Invite Athletes' button on your admin console or team > roster page. You can copy a link or share a QR code.

Pending Roster Athletes

If an athlete requests to join your roster, they will show on your Admin console > Pending Athletes page. From there just click the '...' menu and 'Add to Roster'.

Move Athletes To Alumni

From the Admin console > athletes area, you can move athletes from your roster to Alumni by clicking the 3 dots next to their name and selecting Remove from Roster.

Managing Alumni

In the 'Alumni' section of your admin console, you can manage your alumni. From here you can add alumni back to your team or remove them.

If any athletes have requested to be an alumni of your team, you will see them in your 'Pending Alumni' section, where you can accept or ignore their request.
