At FieldLevel, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for athletes, parents, coaches, and teams. As part of our dedication to transparency and customer satisfaction, we offer optional premium subscriptions that can be accessed on a monthly or annual basis:

However, there are circumstances where you may need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. Here’s what you need to know about our FieldLevel Premium refund policy:

Cancellation Process: You can cancel your subscription directly from your Account Settings. Alternatively, you can email us at support@fieldlevel.com.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew on your billing date, monthly or annually, from the day you upgrade.

Renewal Notification: For customers with annual subscriptions, we send an email notification regarding upcoming renewal three days before your billing date. This gives you ample time to review your plan and make any necessary changes, including cancellation.

Refund Requests: If you forget to cancel before your billing date and would like a refund for the last charge, please contact us at support@fieldlevel.com. We understand that situations arise, and we're here to assist you.

Avoiding Bank Disputes: Before filing a dispute with your bank, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Our customer support team can help you cancel and refund your card much faster without the hassle of navigating multiple channels.
